There is a particular shortage of m&e engineers, pipe fitters, plumbers, and service technicians, according to BESA members responding to the quarterly survey, which is carried out in partnership with the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA), the Scottish Electrical Trade Body (SELECT) and the Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employer’s Federation (SNIPEF). The survey, which covered the three months from April to June and asked business owners to look ahead at their prospects for the rest of the year, found that small firms are facing particular challenges.

Yes. Students can select from two different meal plans during the summer. Chartwells provides dining services throughout the summer. Summer dining is offered at Towers Café. We offer a one-semester transitional housing program. This program is available for new students who are traveling a great distance to live at Southeast who have already met the University residency requirement or who will meet the requirement by the end of their first semester at Southeast. Students who are exempt from the residency requirement prior to enrolling at Southeast and are only in need of housing for one semester can also participate in our transitional semester housing program. Through this program, students can complete a housing contract and meal plan for one semester without buyout or cancellation charges. Note: This program is for new students. Arrangements must be made prior to arrival at Southeast, otherwise, charges will apply.
